Cold traffic is harder to convert into buyers because there is no established loyalty or trust between you and the customer, and they may not yet know the benefits of your offer.

 The best way to convert cold traffic is to provide information about how your product or service solves a problem they may have, give them a capture page where they can learn more, get them on your list, and then try to sell them something. Hope this helps.
